Light node DA layer communicating with Execution layer??

Guys I have a question regarding DA light client, if Celestial data availability light client just downloads a subset of TXs in the block when receiving block proposal, how can other nodes’ execution layer executes and verifies transactions, and later on reaching consensus? Thanks in advance!
