Celestia as TCP/IP for Financial Internet
In the ERP and SaaS world, technically every accounting entry is passed 2 times (once in Service provider books of account & once in Service receiver books of accounts), leveraging private blobs, namespaces and a blob posting syntax specific to ERP, we can build a router (TCP/IP) which transports business messages to destination business namespaces.
For example, an accounting entry can be passed just once in 1 ERP rollup with a destination ERP namespace, and the router will ping the immutable business transaction in the receiver ERP, leading to immutable on-chain business truth. This leads to autonomous and real time accounting removing reliance/trust placed on Accountants, Auditors and inturn reducing frauds and corruption in Financial reporting of businesses.
Interesting idea. Having both parties reference the same immutable transaction could definitely reduce reconciliation work and make disputes easier to resolve. The biggest challenge I see is adoption—getting different ERP systems to agree on a common posting format and trust model is usually much harder than the technical implementation itself.
