Upgrade Notice
Node operators do not need to upgrade to this release. Subsequent v3.x.x-arabica releases will be used as the embedded binary in v4.x.x-arabica releases. As a result, node operators are encouraged to upgrade to v4.x.x-arabica and use the multiplexer.
