Upgrade Notice
Node operators do not need to upgrade to this release. Subsequent v3.x.x-mocha releases will be used as the embedded binary in v4.x.x-mocha releases. As a result, node operators are encouraged to upgrade to v4.x.x-mocha and use the multiplexer.
