Building the onchain NASDAQ (Tristan - Bullet)

This talk introduces Bullet, a ZK rollup built to power a high-speed, transparent, and fully onchain perps exchange. It covers how Bullet achieves millisecond-level trade execution, supports multi-asset collateral, and uses Celestia for scalable data availability, paving the way toward building an onchain NASDAQ.
